Do you think that a course in which you learned a few tips and tricks how to teach or supervise undergraduate students would be helpful for you? Why? Why not?

YES! Please create such a course.
I attended the half-day course beginning of October, and what I learned there is helping me already. Obviously a half day course can only scratch on the surface of such a complex topic, but Markus really made the best out of it. Also the discussions with the fellow PhD students were really helpful. All in all this topic deserves a full at least a 2 day course.
